All members of Alaska Medical Group Management Association ( AKMGMA) and non-members, including physicians, administrators, business man agers, supervisors, and staff members will gain valuable knowledge and insi ght by attending this conference. Attendance is highly recommended for admi nistrators/managers and physicians teams. The opportunity to support one an other and understand the challenges being faced in today’s economy and area s of healthcare regulation is critical.

The annual meeting of AKMG MA provides an educational opportunity for all attendees. It is the goal of AKMGMA to provide speak ers of exceptional caliber from both a national level and from the local co mmunity. Additionally, you are presented with networking social events and opportunities to meet with prospective vendors and build your professional relationships.

AKMGMA is a professional organization c omprised of group practice administrators and managers, healthcare executiv es, consultants, and vendors located throughout Alaska. AKMGMA’s mission i s to provide educational and networking opportunities to healthcare leaders hip teams in Alaska. Registration: Registration can be completed at www.akmgma.org. All meals and socia l functions are included with the registration fee. When completing registr ation, you can pay by credit card or choose to have an invoice sent to you. Guests are encouraged and may attend for an additional fee per guest, per event. Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee but ar e available at a reduced rate.
Fees: Pre-Conf erence is Free for Members, $50 for Non-Members
Conference: $325 for Members; $445 for Non-Members (Includes Me mbership for 1 year, a $120 value!)
Hotel: The Alyeska Resort is our conference hotel. The group rate is $159.00. This rate has been guaranteed now through March 2, 2020. Atten dees must identify themselves as being part of AKMGMA Conference to ensure a reservation on the specified room block. Deposit is fully refundable up t o 48 hours prior to 4:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival. Guests may cal l Room Reservations to make individual reservations at 907-754-2111 or 800-880-3880.
Airfare: Alaska Airlines has provided a 7% discount for attendees travelin g to Anchorage to attend the conference. See attached pages for the discoun t code.
Tickets and Name Badges
Your tickets and name badges will be available at the re gistration desk of the conference. Your registration packet will also inclu de your guest information. Plan to wear your name badge during the conferen ce and bring the appropriate ticket(s) to each event. Your guest must have paid a conference registration fee to be able to attend meeting sessions wi th you.
Cancellation Policy
Our policy is no refunds or credits will b e given for cancellations postmarked after April 1, 2020. All cancellation requests must be received in writing by the AKMGMA Treasurer in order to re ceive a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. p>
