In 2020-21 approximately 20% of the healthcare workforce quit.  33% of the remaining workforce are contemplating quitting in 2022.  According to the AHA , “workforce challenges are a national emergency that demand immediate attention from all levels of government and workable solutions.” The healthcare workforce crisis is impacting access to care, care quality and is estimated to have reduced clinic and system profitability by $54 billion in 2021. The solutions of the past decade will not address this issue. Join us while we explore innovative solutions for the future of healthcare staffing.

Scott Huston is an experienced healthcare leader and consultant recognized for the development of innovative healthcare products and partnerships that improve outcomes, enhance patient and provider experience, and contribute to the evolution of the care delivery model. Through his work growing large and small healthcare businesses, he’s also adept at building and leading results-orientated teams. Scott serves as H3’s Chief Strategy Officer and acting director of a healthcare non-profit organization. He lives in St. Louis, MO, with his wife, Molly and two daughters, and enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, and a good meal.
